What we bought

Here are some images provided by the estate agent. The bungalow was built in the 60s and had a very 60s feel about it. During the time it had been left vacant a lot of condensation had built up causing some patches of black mould and discolouration of wallpaper. The heating was limited, and while there was supposed to be hot water and a working shower there were no fittings in the kitchen at all. A blank canvas, some would say!

While I do have some tools and would like to think myself a practical man this is not a DIY project for us. I still work and have to care for Stephenie when she needs it. We will get trades where we can afford it and I will do small projects where I can.
